How do I get my money?
Traditional Marketing System VS Network Marketing
THIS IS WHAT MAJORITY OR PEOPLE DO (80% of sales people)
Lemme use OMO from Unilever as an example.we all buy OMO @ #20 per satchet. Supposing it is released from the manufacturer @ N4 per satchet, It means N16 is lost to channel of distribution. These channels are called middle men, which I can identify about 5 of those channels. These include The national distributor, regional distributor, advertising media, wholesalers, retailers before it eventually reaches the final consumers. If we assume these channels share the N16 equally, then the profit.on average is not more than N3.2 but N16 was lost to the ""middlemen "". Little wonder, the woman selling at the local stores cannot give you OMO for N17 because that's the only profit she gets from the sales.
THIS IS HOWEVER WHAT SMART PEOPLE DO!
Supposing I still work with Unilever,.and they still release Omo @ N4 per sachet from the company, the final consumer still buys it at N20 per sachet, the money lost to distribution is still N16 and that is not shared by middlemen but by A MIDDLE MAN OR A DISTRIBUTOR WHICH IS ME, because I BUY DIRECTLY from the company. So with this I had bypassed National distributor, Regional Distributor, Wholesaler, Advertising media and Retailers. That accounts for the source of my first money.
Secondly, company doesn't pay for adverts, but they divide the money into two parts. the first part is pushed to the company back to improve the quality of their products and that is the reason why majority of the products using network marketing as the platform for marketing are of quality standard. The second part of the money is paid directly into my bank account.
Thirdly, supposing there is someone I wish to change his life for better by introducing him to the vehicle that is generating money for me,.and he decided to also partner with the company just as I do, For life, company pays me a percentage of all his productivity.
Sometimes when I tell someone that, they say that is pyramid and I don't want to have anything to do with pyramid, then I make them see why this is not a pyramid where people at the top make all the money. In fact, the fact that I am the one that introduced someone doesn't mean I will always earn more money than you. If I sponsor you and you are more productive than i am, the company will pay you more money than me. Is that not a fair system?
Now lemme quickly compare it with other cooperate structures with Network marketing and see critically which one is more fair. In a department where we have two people that applied for a job and both were granted the job and Mr A resumed before Mr B for just 1 min interval, Mr A will be the Head of the department and Mr B on no occasion can earn more than Mr A, as far as both of them have the same qualifications.
